Frosty

This is a design I'm making for my brother.

I was shopping around for a decent 3DS XL for myself but the current colors and designs are too stupid or expensive. (damn the Charizard one for being JP only) Generally, I want just an all black one since black is always a good color, but the ones available are expensive and region locked (cause it's PAL and JP only I think). So I've decided to buy a normal one (blue/red ones from here) and buy a custom skin. My brother wanted one too and he requested me to design his favorite pokemon for his skin. I don't know if I should make mine just solid black or put my own design on it. My tastes fluctuate like the moons.
